Optical Benefits

The SBA is pleased to announce Davis Vision as our new eye care provider.

This benefit is designed to provide coverage of optical services rendered to eligible participants by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. This includes examinations, frames and lenses.

Eligibility
All members and their eligible dependents are entitled to this benefit as described in the Eligibilities FAQs (link) section.

Extent of optical coverage
Optical benefits consist of one eye examination and one pair of eyeglasses every 12 months.
